中文摘要: 以松香系列表面活性剂为模板剂,采用溶剂热法制备手性磷铝分子筛,研究松香系列表面活性剂的旋光特征对磷铝分子筛的手性特性的影响规律及各制备阶段不同条件对手性磷铝分子筛物理、化学结构的影响,跟踪其物理化学结构的调变规律,并研究磷铝分子筛的合成机理。以制得的具有手性特性的磷铝分子筛为载体,采用浸渍还原法,制备Ni-P非晶态催化剂,将其用于蒎烯选择性加氢反应,跟踪催化剂结构调变规律及其与催化活性、加氢选择性的关系,研究催化剂制备-结构-催化性能的关系,确定手性磷铝分子筛负载Ni-P非晶态催化剂的制备方法、制备工艺条件。对筛选出的性能优良的手性磷铝分子筛负载Ni-P非晶态催化剂,研究其催化蒎烯选择性加氢反应工艺、反应机理及动力学,在此基础上研究催化剂寿命。研究结果对推动新型手性催化材料,特别是负载型Ni-P手性非晶态催化剂的研究及松香、蒎烯等天然松脂资源的转化、利用具有重要的研究价值。

英文摘要: Chiral aluminophosphate molecular sieves are prepared by Solvothermal method, rosin surfactants used as template agents. The effect of rosin surfactants optical rotation characteristics on the chiral properties of the aluminophosphate molecular sieves and the effect of different preparing conditions on the physical and chemical structures of the chiral aluminophosphate molecular sieves are studied, and the changes of their physical and chemical structure are traced, the synthesis mechanism of aluminophosphate molecular sieves are researched. The aluminophosphate molecular sieves with chiral properties are used as the support, amorphous Ni-P catalyst for the pinene selective hydrogenation are prepared by the impregnation reduction method, the impacts of catalyst structure on its catalytic activity and selectivity will be studied to obtain the relationship of catalyst preparation-structure-catalytic performance and to determine the preparation method and preparation conditions of chiral aluminophosphate molecular sieve supported Ni-P amorphous catalyst. The catalyst with excellent performance will used to catalyze selective hydrogenation of pinene, the reaction process, mechanism and kinetics will be studied, catalyst life will be studied, too.
