中文摘要: 作为一种特殊的量子关联现象,量子纠缠在量子力学基础的讨论、量子计算和量子信息等方面起到了重要的作用,是一些量子信息处理过程,如隐形传态、密集码、保密通信、错误信号修正、纯化、量子态的远程制备等不可或缺的关键资源。项目研究量子纠缠的一些重要理论问题:量子纠缠的度量及其估算、量子态的可分性判据、量子态的等价分类及演化;研究除量子纠缠之外的量子关联,如量子失谐(Quantum discord)、非局域性的度量及计算。探讨量子关联在量子计算和量子信息处理、量子态区分、物理相变等有关方面的应用,研究实验上测量量子关联、及利用量子关联实验上实现一些量子信息处理过程的理论方案。

英文摘要: As a special kind of quantum correlations, quantum entanglement plays very important roles in the discussions about the foundation of quantum mechanics, quantum computation and information. Quantum entangled states have been the key resources in quantum information processing such as teleportation, dense coding, cryptography, error correction, purification, remote state preparation. We investigate some important problems in the theory of quantum entanglement: the measures and estimation of quantum entanglement, quantum separability criteria, state classifications and evolution. We also study quantum correlations besides quantum entanglement, e.g. quantum discord and nonlocalities. The measures and their computations of these quantum correlations will be discussed. As applications, we investigate the roles played by the quantum correlations in quantum computation and information, state discrimination, phase transitions etc., and the way of experimental measurement of quantum correlations, as well as the way of experimental realization of some quantum information processing in terms of quantum correlations.
