Geographic modeling and simulation has become an important method in the field of geographic research. The input and output data is one of the most important elements of geo-model, which can drive geo-model running by input data and get the result through output data in the application environment. The difference between model-data requirement and application data definition leads to the compatibility or consistency processing of model-data become a tedious but critical work during the application of geo-model. The target of this project is to build a highly flexible data adapter method, and bridge the geo-model and application target to form a fast channel. The project will establish a structured data representation model for geographic data, to express model-data lossless in the logic and content level. And the project will study the reconstruction method system and encoding pattern of geo-model input/output data in the data-logic level and format encoding level, to build an extensible data-reconstruction method library. The project will build a script-driven geo-model data reconstruction engine to provide a fast reconstruction platform of geo-model data adaption solution. This research is a fundamental work, the research production would reduce the tightly couple relationship between geo-model and data, and broaden the data channel of geo-model integration, and finally achieve the transition from data-depend to information-depend of geo-model application.
