中文摘要: 黑色陶瓷色料约占陶瓷色料市场份额的25%。现有的黑色色料主要为含钴、铬的尖晶石型材料。在不断限制材料中重金属含量的背景下,包裹炭黑色料成为新型无毒黑色色料的发展方向。目前,ZrSiO4包裹炭黑存在因包裹率较低,在釉中呈灰色的问题,无法满足实际应用需求,需解决ZrSiO4包裹层的形成过程的科学问题并发展相应的粉体制备技术。本课题通过研究炭黑在溶胶体系内的分散与悬浮条件;炭黑表面吸附的胶粒在快速脱除溶剂条件下的溶胶-凝胶转变过程,形成致密包裹层过程及晶型转变过程;包裹炭黑色料在基础釉中的扩散问题,阐明快速去除溶剂过程中胶粒的溶胶-凝胶转变规律,认识炭黑颗粒表面的Zr(OH)4+Si(OH)4凝胶层的形成及转变为ZrSiO4包裹层的过程对包裹层的完整性和致密性的影响;发展ZrSiO4包裹炭黑色料的关键制备技术,为实现ZrSiO4包裹炭黑色料替代现有含重金属的黑色色料奠定科学和实验基础。

英文摘要: Black ceramic pigment is one of the most important ceramic decoration color material, which accounts for about 25% of the market share. The existing black pigment is a spinel type material including cobalt and chromium. In the background of a strict limit of the amount of heavy metal in material, ZrSiO4 coated carbon black pigment is the development direction of the black ceramic pigment, which is an alternative to the existing black pigment. However, the existing ZrSiO4 coated carbon black pigment cannot meet the demand of the practical application because it is gray in glaze caused by the low coated rate. Therefore, it is needed to understand the formation and transformation process of the ZrSiO4 coating and to develop the corresponding powder preparation technology. The research studies the dispersion and suspending conditions of carbon black within the sol system; the sol-gel process and the transformation of the colloidal particles adsorbed on the carbon black surface into a compact package layer under the condition of the fast removal solvent; the transformation of the gel into the ZrSiO4 coating and the diffusion of the ZrSiO4 coated carbon black pigment in the glaze.
