中文摘要: 本项目是针对工程机械液压系统进行的节能技术研究。为降低工程机械多执行器同时动作时负载耦合导致的能量损失,提出新型基于开关阵列的工程机械多泵节能液压控制系统方案,该方案能够通过开关阵列将多个变量泵的流量动态分配给各执行器,从而降低系统的能量损失。以液压挖掘机为例,首先对所提出系统的各组成部件,如变量泵参数、开关阀以及开关阵列阀组等进行结构优化设计;在此基础上,重点对液压系统的流量动态分配方法进行研究,使系统能满足各执行器的所有运动特性要求、同时具有较高的能量效率、并使各液压泵工作负荷基本均衡;进一步研究开关阀组切换产生的压力流量冲击对操作性的影响,采取增加蓄能器、优化开关阵列的液阻网络及先导控制方式、以及对泵与开关阵列进行协调优化控制等手段,提高执行器的操作性能;最后,研制基于所提新方案的液压挖掘机原理样机,并进行试验研究。本项目将为工程机械提供一种工程应用性强、适应面广的新的节能解决方案。

英文摘要: This research is about the energy saving of the hydraulic system on construction machinery. For reducing the energy loss, which is caused by load coupling when several actuators of construction machinery moving at the same time, an new efficient hydraulic system with a switch valve matrix and multi-pump has been proposed for construction machinery. The switch valve matrix is the key part of the system, for it can distribute the flow rate of multi-pump to multi-actuators, which makes the actuators decoupling and reduces the energy loss. Then the structure of some important components have been designed, like the pump group, switch valves and the valve lump;Besides, the parameters of system have been choosen and optimized for a specific kind of construction machinery; Then in combination with typical working condition of construciton machinery, the flow rate distribution strategy has been studied for the multi-pump and multi-actuator system; Further more, in order to ensure the good operational performance of each actuator of construction machinery, the factors which may influence the operational performanc have been found and some methods have been used to improve the operational performance. At last, the system has been used on the hydraulic excavator and the comparative research has been done with traditional system. On the whole, the research will give out an energy saving scheme with good operational performance, high energy efficiency,low cost and feasibility for construction machinery.
