中文摘要: 近年来,钙钛矿太阳能电池(Perovskites Solar Cells, PSCs)以其低成本,高效率,实用化的优势引起全世界学术界的高度重视。本项目将针对目前PSCs柔性化过程中遇到的传统导电膜(ITO)易碎,不耐弯折和高分子聚合物柔性基底无法耐高温的关键问题,侧重研究可应用于PSCs的柔性可拉伸,超高导电透光率的网状电极的制备,以及单晶纳米材料在柔性基底表面的低温生长技术。通过电沉积,水热,涂覆,包封等方法,设计结构新颖的正面照射式和背面照射式的可穿戴PSCs。发展低温制备纳米膜层的核心技术及新原理,深入研究网状导电膜层界面对PSCs输出性能的影响,建立一套针对柔性可穿戴PSCs的研究以及评价方法。本项目的实施不仅将为柔性PSCs实现高度柔性,可拉伸,可穿戴开辟一条崭新的道路,而且有望实现为可移动小型电子设备提供能源。

英文摘要: Recently, Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted extensive attention in the world due to high energy conversion efficiency, low cost, and practicability as a new generation of solar cell. In this proposal, we will focus on the problems including the brittleness of the ITO film and poor thermostability of the polymer substrates when PSCs toward flexible application. To address these problems, We introduce a novel flexible, stretchable, superior conductivity and transmittance network electrodes to replace the traditional ITO film. What is more, single-crystal nanomaterials would be constructed on the flexible substrates at low temperature. Super stable Cu network electrode would be obtained by smoothing and passivating the metal network surface. In particular, two different types flexible PSCs would be designed and a new evaluated systems for the wearable PSCs would be found to further understand the mechanism of charge transfer and interfacial process in the PSCs.
