中文摘要: 本项目拟研究一种高功率密度双转子永磁容错电机系统。为了提高电机的容错性,研究电机相数、绕组形式与电机容错能力、电机及控制器结构的相互制约规律和对电机解耦特性的影响,为绕组形式与相数选择提供理论依据;研究功率密度随功率等级的变化规律,确定最适合此结构的功率等级范围;为了提高电机功率密度和电磁性能,研究内外电机的功率和空间合理分配、定转子磁结构的优化选择、材料的极限应用等,研究电机的电磁性能与机械结构和散热技术等各方面因素的相互影响规律;针对电机不同的绕组连接方式,建立不同状态下考虑内外层绕组电磁耦合问题的电机多维解耦数学模型;针对双转子结构带来的内外侧电机运行时的力分争问题,研究内外电机的协调工作的控制方法;为了使电机实现高功率密度、高容错能力运行,研究正常运行时及不同故障状态下的最佳控制策略;并进行相应的实验研究。通过理论和实验研究,形成该种类型电机系统的专门理论和工程实用的分析设计方法。

英文摘要: In this project, a high-power-density dual-rotor permanent- magnet fault-tolerant machine system will be researched. In order to increase the fault-tolerant capability, we will investigate the restricting law between the phases number,winding set and the fault-tolerant capability, the structure of the machine and its controller, and provide theoretical reference for selecting suitable phases number and winding set. The varying law of the power density with the power grade will be researched, and the suitable power grade range for this machine structure will be discussed. In order to improve the power density and the electromagnetic performance, it will be researched from the aspects of the reasonable space and power distributuion of the inner and outer machine, the optimal choice of the structure of stator and rotor, the ultimate application of materials, and so on. The mutual influence laws between the electromagnetic properties, mechanical structure and cooling conditions are also investigated. According to different winding connection, the multidimensional decoupling mathematical models at different states will be established with considering the electromagnetic coupling between the inner and outer layers windings.
