中文摘要: 提高水泥熟料中的硅酸二钙含量,不仅可以减少水泥熟料生产过程中石灰石消耗和二氧化碳排放,而且可降低熟料烧成热耗,对混凝土耐久性提高也有有利作用。以硅酸二钙为主要矿物组成的低碳水泥成为近年来国际水泥发展的重要方向之一。然而,硅酸二钙水化活性较低制约着以硅酸二钙为主要矿物组成的低碳水泥的应用和发展,提高硅酸二钙的水化活性是该类水泥发展应用急需解决的问题。受研究条件和分析方法的制约,前人对于硅酸二钙的研究很少涉及结构与水化活性关系,以致于硅酸二钙晶体结构参数及其变化如何影响水化活性尚不明确,在硅酸二钙的活化研究缺乏系统的理论指导。本项目拟利用高精度粉末衍射、高分辨固体核磁共振等材料测试手段以及Rietveld结构精修等解析方法,获得离子固溶和工艺参数对硅酸二钙结构参数的影响规律,并与通过理论计算和实验测定得到硅酸二钙的水化活性相关联,建立硅酸二钙结构参数与活性的关系,并以此指导硅酸二钙的活化调控。

英文摘要: The increase of dicalcium silicate content in cement clinker not only leads to less natural resource and energy consuming, but also leads to carbon dioxide emission decreasing during the manufacturing process of cement clinker, as well as brings with more durable concrete which profits from low heat releasing and less portlandite formation. Therefore, low carbon cements with high content of dicalcium silicate are becoming a future option of international cement industry. However, Application of such cements is limited by the low early strength, which mainly because of the lower hydraulic reactivity of dicalcium silicate, and this situation needs to be overcome urgently. Relationship of structure and hydraulic reactivity of dicalcium silicate involved little in former investigation since there weren't enough advanced equipments and softwares. As a result, the influence of structural parameters on the hydraulic reactivity of dicalcium silicate with or without doped ions is still undiscovered and theory guide lacks in the activation of dicalcium silicate.
