中文摘要: 本项目以KEVLAR和PBO纤维织物为二维模板,利用一种温和、快速、环境友好的溶胶-凝胶技术,在纤维织物表面构筑微尺度的磷酸盐颗粒形成新型的表面结构,对薄层纤维织物复合材料进行功能化改性。同时,深入研究表面微结构对复合材料界面结构及其热力学性能和摩擦学性能的影响,建立复合材料的界面强化机制、微观缺陷传递机制、减摩抗磨机制以及摩擦学性能评价方法,最终为薄层纤维织物复合材料的制备技术发展及其在国防尖端技术领域的应用奠定基础。

英文摘要: A new mild, fast and environment-friendly sol-gel method is introduced to construct zirconium phosphate particles on the KEVLAR and PBO fabric surfaces, which are used as two-dimensional templates. Then the modified fabric and resin are used to prepare zirconium phosphate / fabric composites. The effect of surface microstructure on the interface structure of composites, the thermodynamic performances and tribological properties are discussed. Furthermore, the interface strengthening mechanism, the micro-defect transfer mechanism, the wear failure mechanism and evaluation methods of tribological properties are studied and to lay a foundation of further study on the fabrication and application of the fabric composites in aeronautic and astronautic applications.
