中文摘要: 本项目基于实船操纵性试验对船舶紧急情况避碰行动进行评估研究。首先,从碰撞事故历史数据中提取评估模型的要素,通过问卷调查进行专家评判,对要素进行筛选,使用FSA的危险识别和风险分析方法建立评估模型。接着,使用常见和特殊的实船试验方法进行船舶操纵性试验,使用基于实船试验的经典辨识方法和基于现代系统辨识理论的辨识方法对响应型船舶运动模型进行参数辨识,建立船舶运动模型,并进行操纵性能预报。最后,按照紧急情况和会遇局面构建不同的碰撞局面,结合船舶操纵性、几何避碰法和避碰规则,利用避碰行动效果评估模型对避碰行动进行评估,得到紧急避碰行动的效果。

英文摘要: The research on assessment of ship's collision avoidance action in emergency situation based on full scale manoeuvring trials is carried out in this project. Firstly, the elements of assessment model are identified from collision accident reports, and selected by expert judgment through questionnaire. The assessment model is established by using hazard identification and risk analysis method in Formal Safety Assessment. Then, the full scale trails are carried out by using ordinary and special testing measurement. The classic identification method based on full scale trails and the method based on modern system identification are used to identify the parameters of ship response model. The model then can be built to forecast the manoeuvrability of ship. Finally, the collision situations are created according to different emergency situations and encounter situations. The effects of collision avoidance action in different situations can be assessed by using the assessment model considering the ship manoeuvrability, geometry and COLREG.
