中文摘要: 由于疲劳、磨损、腐蚀等失效模式的存在,传统的静态可靠性分析模型已无法用于机械系统动态可靠性的评价。当系统内零部件性能发生退化时,系统的失效相关则具有明显的动态特性。机械系统的动态相关机理及表达是目前机械系统动态可靠性建模的难点,缺少应有的重视和研究。本项目从零部件和系统两个层次,深入剖析机械系统动态相关机理,提出融合状态缩聚技术的变多尺度动态随机模型,建立机械系统动态可靠性模型。在此基础上,提出可靠性影响函数和动态相关影响函数,用于机械系统可靠性动态特性分析以及识别影响系统动态可靠性和动态相关性的重要因素。本项目的研究为机械装备的可靠性评估和安全设计提供指导,具有十分重要的理论和实际意义。

英文摘要: Owing to the existence of the failure modes of fatigue, wear and corrosion, conventional static reliability models cannot be used for dynamic reliability estimation of mechanical systems. In the case where the performances of components in a system degrade, the failure dependence of the components in the system presents obvious dynamic characteristics. The dynamic correlation mechanism in mechanical systems and its mathematical models need further investigation, which are the main difficulties in dynamic reliability modeling of mechanical systems. In this program, we will analyze the dynamic correlation mechanism of mechanical systems at the component level and at the system level, respectively. The dynamic reliability models of mechanical systems will be developed via the proposed variable multi-scale dynamic stochastic model based on state condensation technology. Moreover, the reliability influence function and the dynamic correlation influence function will be established to analyze the dynamic characteristics of system reliability and identify key factors that affect the dynamic system reliability and dynamic correlation of components in mechanical systems. The research will provide the guidance for reliability estimation and safety design of mechanical products, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
