中文摘要: 我们将在亚硒(碲)酸盐体系引入其他非线性功能基元,通过选择合适的平衡电荷阳离子,设计合成结构新颖、性能优异的非线性光学晶体。即:1)将易于发生次级姜-泰勒畸变的TiO6或ZrO6基团引入亚硒(碲)酸盐体系,利用助溶剂法或超临界水热法提高Ti(IV)或Zr(IV)起始物的反应活性;2)将含孤对电子的Sn2+、Pb2+或Bi3+作为功能基元引入亚硒(碲)酸盐体系,研究不同平衡电荷阳离子对其形成非心结构的影响规律;3)将卤素引入亚硒(碲)酸盐,利用卤素离子与配位氧离子不同的化学性质制备紫外或倍频系数较大的非线性光学晶体。通过以上的探索,进一步完善亚硒(碲)酸盐体系的研究,结合性能测试及理论计算,总结该体系化合物的非线性光学性能随孤对电子、畸变八面体、卤素等功能基元的调控规律,以及平衡电荷阳离子对功能基元在三维空间排列方式的影响规律。制备出有开发价值的非线性光学晶体并进行大晶体生长的初步研究。

英文摘要: Metal selenites (selenate(IV)) or tellurites (tellurate(IV)) are important candidates in preparation of new nonlinear optical (NLO) materials because of the presence of the stereochemically active lone-pair electrons which can serve as structure-directing agent. We will introduce another NLO-active unit into the selenites or tellurites systems, choose proper counterions to obtain new structures with exellent NLO properties. To specific, 1) To introduce the octahedrally coordinated d0 transition-metal (d0 TM) units, such as TiO6, ZrO6, etc, which are susceptible to second-order Jahn-Teller (SOJT) distortion, to improve the reactivity of the starting material of Ti(IV) or Zr(IV) by flux methods or supercrytical hydrothermal syntheses; 2) To introduce Sn2+, Pb2+ or Bi3+ ions as the functional units into the selenites or tellurites systems, explore the influence of the different counterions to the non-centrosymmetric (NCS) sturcuture formed; 3) To introduce the halide ions into the selenites or tellurites systems, to synthesize new ultraviolet NLO crystals or materials with large SHG efficiency. We can further complete the selenites or tellurites systems after the above studies.
