中文摘要: 针对多负载环境下复杂结构寿命预测的难点,引入功能结构的概念,提出基于结构相似度的轴类产品服役状态预测方法。通过将轴类部件划分为不同的具体功能结构,如轴颈结构、键槽结构、花键结构等,构建面向服役性能的机械轴类产品功能结构模型,实现多负载环境下复杂结构问题转变为多个单负载下简单结构分析问题。在所提出标准功能结构件台架实验的基础上,通过支持矢量机等数据处理方法及有限元方法分析标准结构件服役状态演化规律,建立功能结构服役性能演化及预测模型。引用相似性理论,量化描述具体结构与标准功能结构件的相似性测度函数,在此基础上构建二者之间的服役性能演化相似性修正函数,提出基于结构相似性的轴类部件服役性能预测模型。最后结合汽车及机床等典型机械产品及装备,通过对其轴类产品的台架试验和工程应用完善所提出的状态预测方法及模型,并验证其有效性和实用性。

英文摘要: Nowadays, since the obstacle in life prognostication of product is the complicated structure and multiple loading, with giving the definition of functional structures (FS), the performance prognostication method for mechanical shaft product is studied based on structural similarity. With identifying the mechanical shaft product into a serial of functional structures, such as journal structure, keyway structure, spline structure, it the prognostication model is the problem with several single loading and simple structure, rather than the multi-loading and complex structure. With the bench testing experiment is taken for the sample of standard functional structures, the evolvement curve is studied with support vector machine and finite element methods, as well as the performance evolving and prognostication model of functional structures is established. Informed by similarity theory, analyzing similarity function between the standard functional structure and real structure, the prognosticating performance model of real structure is obtained by the similarity correction function. Thus, the performance prognostication method for mechanical shaft product is established with structural similarity.
