中文摘要: 薄膜传输中的划伤、漂移和皱褶缺陷严重制约着柔性电子等新型薄膜产品的制备质量和效率的提高。薄膜传输系统在导向辊处出现空气夹带现象,运动薄膜呈现多体多场耦合的复杂动力学行为,严重影响了高精度和高速度运动薄膜的传输稳定性。本项目拟探索薄膜传输中的空气夹带机理,研究导向辊、薄膜和夹带气体三者间的刚柔流耦合的动力学行为。通过分析运动薄膜和导向辊之间夹带气体的流场特性,获取薄膜和导向辊的性能参数对夹带气体厚度、压力分布和速度分布的影响规律;研究计及夹带气体作用的导向辊的力学特性和牵引特性;建立导向辊处运动柔性薄膜的刚柔流耦合动力学模型,研究导向辊的力学特性和夹带气体的流场特性对薄膜动力学特性的影响规律;进而研究薄膜在导向辊处的传输稳定性,揭示薄膜经过导向辊时发生划伤、漂移和皱褶的机理,确定薄膜稳定运行的性能参数,为薄膜传输系统导向辊的选用和运动薄膜的稳定传输提供实验依据和理论基础。

英文摘要: The scratch, drift and wrinkling defects on the membrane during web handling process severely restrict the quality and efficiency of the new web products such as flexible electronics. The air entrainment between the moving web and the guide roller makes the membrane presents a multi-body complex dynamic behavior, which is the key to study the transfer stability for high speed and high precision flexible membrane. The phenomenon of air entrainment between moving membrane and the guide roller will be explored and the rigid-flexible-fluid coupling dynamic behavior of the guide roller, the membrane and the air entrainment will be studied in this project. The fluid field characteristics will be analysed and the effect of process and physical performance parameters of membrane and guide roller on the air entrainment is studied firstly.Then the performance parameters of the air entrainment, membrane and guide roller on the membrane and the guide roller dynamic characteristics and on the guide roller traction and its runnability are studied.Based on the above analysis, the rigid-flexible-fluid coupling dynamic model of the high-speed flexible membrane on the guide roller will be derived.
