中文摘要: 随着社会的发展,未来优质电力园区在实现分级供电的同时,还将呈现出对电网污染小、与分布式发电和储能有机融合等特征。针对这一发展趋势,本项目拟深入研究优质电力园区运行特性,电压质量治理设备、电流质量治理设备、分布式发电和储能等多类设备有机融合和协同运行方法等内容。拟采用的技术方案是电能质量调节设备灵活分散布置、分布式发电和储能与电能质量调节设备在设备层进行集成、并在系统层面通过协调控制进行融合。采用理论分析与数字仿真相结合的研究方法,并利用课题组已有的DVR、APF、UPQC、SSTS等定制电力设备,模拟光伏发电、柴油机等分布式发电单元和超级电容器等储能设备进行实验验证。预期突破优质电力园区多种类多功能设备交互影响及其协同运行方法等关键科学问题,为未来优质电力园区的大规模推广应用打下基础,为未来国家相关标准的制定提供参考。

英文摘要: With the development of society, the future premium power park will realize the hierarchical power supply of different voltage quality grade and present the grid-friendly characteristics including low pollution for grid, organic integration for distributed generation and energy storage. According to the development tendency, the project will systematically study several key technology problems such as analysis and modeling of the interaction among voltage quality conditioners,current quality conditioners, distributed generation and energy storage,even the collaborative operating method of multi-type, multi-function devices. We will carry out our research from modeling analysis, functional reuse and integration at device level to optimizing configuration and collaborative control at system level step by step. The research will adopt the method combining theoretical analysis and digital simulation,and proceed experimental verification utilizing the custom power equipments of the research group such as DVR, APF, UPQC and SSTS, and simulating distributed generation units and energy storage equipment like photovoltaic power generation, diesel engine and super-capacitor.
