中文摘要: "政产学研金"协同创新是以知识为纽带的动态复杂系统。本研究通过对流体力学中流体的参数与模型的结构性类推,针对知识流的结构要素及关键属性,构建三维量纲的知识流结构模型与方程模型;分析产学研合作过程中知识流动存在的问题,研究通过政府及金融机构的作用对知识流动的影响,分析"政产学研金"协同创新各主体的利益博弈及缺损利益补偿等问题,利用复杂网络理论和信号博弈中混同均衡和分离均衡模型,构建"政产学研金"协同创新下知识流的动力学模型。利用动态仿真模拟,设计协同创新下知识流动力学模型的优化解决方案,并运用案例法对优化方案进行有效性和可靠性的验证。以协同创新的效能、各主体利益的博弈、知识流动的动力学特性等三个维度出发,构建"政产学研金"协同创新框架下知识流整体优化的制度设计体系,实现知识有效及高效流动,进而实现知识的经济化和创新成果产业化。同时为"政产学研金"协同创新模式与机制建立提供理论依据和决策咨询

英文摘要: The collaborative innovation among government, enterprises, universities, research institutes and ventures is a dynamic complex system linked by knowledge. By analogizing the parameters and models in Fluid Mechanics constructionally, this research builds a three dimension knowledge flow structural model and an equation model contrapose the knowledge flow structural element and their determinant attributes. Existing problems concerning knowledge flow in the process of cooperation among five major parties, effects of supports from government and financial institutions on knowledge flow as well as benefit gambling and deficiency benefit compensation of the five major parties are analyzed. Based on the pooling equilibrium model and screening equilibrium model in Complex Network Theory and Signaling Game Model, we construct the dynamic knowledge flow model in the context of collaborative innovation; its optimization solution is designed using dynamic analogue simulation, with its effectiveness and reliability verified by case studies. From the three dimension of the efficiency of collaborative innovation, the interest of each party in the game and dynamic characters of knowledge flow, we design a system based on collaborative innovation framework to make knowledge flow more efficiently, which can further lead to the
