中文摘要: 种植体植入后由于缺乏类似于天然牙的牙周韧带感受器,理论上种植义齿很难将触觉感知传递至神经中枢,因此,种植义齿与天然牙相比感觉相对迟钝。本项目针对这一临床难题,根据种植体周围的神经纤维可以一定程度的再生这一现象,采用低温等离子体技术,在钛种植体表面引入氨基这一生物活性功能团,通过与神经细胞共培养,利用免疫染色、显微镜细胞计数、扫描电镜及激光共聚焦显微镜观察改性后材料对神经细胞黏附及生长的影响,并结合动物实验,通过肌电图仪记录、神经纤维染色、软X线骨密度测量、免疫染色及组织形态学观察等,阐述氨基活化的种植体对周围神经再生、骨感知建立及新骨形成速度和质量的影响,并就氨基改性的纯钛种植体加速神经细胞分化和神经纤维再生的作用机制进行初步的研究和探讨。本课题为种植义齿感觉功能恢复的研究提出新的方法,为种植体植入后周围神经再生和骨感知的建立提供理论基础和实验依据,具有广阔的临床应用前景.

英文摘要: Because the periodontal ligament sensilla is lack of around dental implant, in theory it would be difficult to pass the haptic sensation to the nerve centers after implantation. Hence, for implant denture, it is insensitive compared with natural teeth. Aiming at this problem and the nerve fiber around implant could regenerated to some extent, this project will modify titanium implant surface with the amino functional groups through low temperature plasma polymerization. We will observe the attachment and growth of nerve cells on modified samples through culturing neutocytes with samples in vitro, immune dyeing, cell calculation with microscope, scanning electronical microscopy and laser confocal microscopy, combining with animal experiment, using electromyograph, nerve fiber dyeing, soft X-ray, immune dyeing and histomorphological observation around implants on animals, studying the effect of the implant with amino groups on the nerve regeneration, the building up of osseoperception and speed and quality of new bone, and exploring the mechanism that the amino-group modified titanium surface accelerate the polarization of nerve cells and regeneration of nerve fiber.
