中文摘要: 甘蔗纤维是制糖工业的主要副产品,是一种经济无毒,可再生和降解的生物质资源。本项目旨在利用微波超声波紫外光组合催化等技术,通过接枝聚合反应对甘蔗纤维进行改性制备富含胺基的吸附材料,借助胺基对重金属离子强的亲和力,用于对重金属离子的吸附去除,有望将重金属离子浓度降低至ppb级。项目的主要研究内容包括对甘蔗纤维进行预处理及纯化,筛选合适的接枝单体,优化接枝条件,研究甘蔗纤维表面超微结构变化及胺化规律、评价改性甘蔗纤维对重金属离子的吸附性能,揭示该类材料对重金属离子的吸附机理。富含胺基甘蔗纤维吸附材料吸附容量大,重金属离子残留率低,有效地克服了常规方法如沉淀法、混凝法等无法将重金属离子去除到较低水平的缺点,在工业废水的治理方面有较好的应用前景。本研究可为生物质可再生资源的高效利用和可持续发展提供科学基础和技术支撑。

英文摘要: Sugarcane fiber is a major by-product of the sugar industry, which is a non-toxic, economic, renewable and biodegradable resource. The aim of this research is to prepare the amine-rich bagasse-based adsorbent material by grafting copolymerization, using microwave ultrasonic UV combination catalytic and some-like technologies. The residual heavy metal ion concentration in the solution can be reduced to ppb level after being treated by the adsorbent material, which has a large amount of amine group that possess strong affinity for heavy metal ions. The research contents of this project includes pretreatment and purification of bagasse, screening of grafting monomer, optimization of preparation conditions, investigation of the relationship between amination law and surface ultrastructural changes of sugarcane fiber, characterization of adsorption performance for heavy metal ions, discussion of adsorption mechanism. The adsorbent material has large adsorption capacity, low residual heavy metal ion concentration after treatment. It overcomes the disadvantage of conventional methods such as precipitation, coagulation that unable to remove heavy metal ions to a low level, which presents good prospects for application in industrial wastewater treatment.
