中文摘要: 有机太阳能电池材料的合成与性能研究是当前化学、物理学与材料学等交叉科学的一个重要研究方向。针对目前有机太阳能电池材料吸收窄与弱、载流子迁移率较低而导致的光伏性能不高等问题,本项目利用靛蓝适合发展具有宽光谱与高载流子迁移率的有机光伏材料的特点,并基于申请人在吡咯并吡咯二酮(DPP)基有机小分子太阳能电池和新型苯并杂环类聚合物太阳能电池的研究基础上,旨在开发具有良好吸光能力、合适电化学能级与高载流子迁移率的靛蓝基有机分子作为新型太阳能电池给体材料,并与富勒烯受体共混,从而制备高性能的有机太阳能电池器件,有望为解决目前有机小分子光伏材料所面临的能量转换效率(PCE)较低问题提供理论指导和实验依据,具有十分重要的科学意义。

英文摘要: Design, synthesis and photovoltaic application of organic small molecules solar cell materials is an important interdisciplinary field of chemistry, physics and materials science. Because of organic small molecules solar cell materials have a narrow and weak absorption, low carrier mobility, and lead to the photovoltaic performance is low. To improve the PCE of organic solar cells, based on our previous developed DPP-based organic small molecules with wide absorption, this project is designed for developing new indigo-based organic small molecules with wide and strong absorption, suitable electrochemical energy level and high carrier mobility for photovoltaic performance. The indigo-based small molecules as donor, blend with PCBM acceptor, and obtain a high photovoltaic performance, and in order to provide theoretical guidance and experimental basis for solving the PCE lower problem of organic small molecules, and have a very important scientific significance.
