中文摘要: 本项目拟采用溶剂热方法制备具有可控性能的镧系金属硼磷酸盐新型光致发光材料,利用X-射线单晶和多晶衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜和光谱分析等方法对材料的物相和结构进行表征与分析。通过控制硼磷酸盐阴离子结构单元调节进入晶格的发光离子浓度有望实现材料在发光离子与阴离子结构协调作用下发光的可控性。研究合成条件对硼磷酸盐合成的裁剪作用规律,揭示材料组成、形貌和微观结构与发光性质之间的内在关系。探讨稀土硼磷酸盐中发光离子种类、电子组态跃迁、阴离子结构中硼氧基团和磷氧基团在晶体内部的电子和能量传递等对发光性能的影响,揭示稀土硼磷酸盐在紫外光和红外光激发下的光致发光机制,以期发现新型光致发光材料。

英文摘要: This project is intended to synthesize lanthanide metal borophosphate as a new type of photoluminescence material which has a controllable advantage in the aspects of structure and luminescence properties by solvothermal method. The materials will be structurally characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, X-ray singal crystal diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and spectral analysis, etc. By controlling anionic partial structure of lanthanide metal borophosphate and then regulating the concentration of luminescent ions in lattice, the photoluminescence of this material under the harmonious effects of luminescent ions and anionic partial structure units is likely to possess controllable characteristics. We will study the rule of the synthesis conditions acting for the cutting action of synthesizing borophosphate, explore the relationship of the chemical composition, morphology, microstructures structure and luminescent properties, discuss the effect of metal ionic species, transition of electron configuration, electron and energy transfer in the borophosphate crystal of boron-oxygen groups and phosphorus-oxygen groups located in anionic partial structure on photoluminescence properties, disclose the luminescence mechanism of the materials with the excitation of ultraviolet
