中文摘要: 准确定量重烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂是评价三元复合驱油效果、分析重烷基苯磺酸盐对环境水水质影响的有效途径,但是低浓度、存在干扰作用时的重烷基苯磺酸盐含量难以被准确检测。本项目拟采用β-环糊精诱导重烷基苯磺酸盐,激发其产生显著增强的光谱信号,通过增强的光谱信号与重烷基苯磺酸盐含量的对应关系进行定量研究。借助紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振等表征,探索β-环糊精与重烷基苯磺酸盐分子间的相互作用关系,阐明β-环糊精对重烷基苯磺酸盐的激发机制,进而在理论指导下进行激发光谱定量的精度、范围、临界值、抗干扰能力及干扰作用修正研究,以期显著提高重烷基苯磺酸盐定量的精度和抗干扰能力。为准确定量低浓度、存在干扰作用时的重烷基苯磺酸盐提供理论和方法依据,也为监控三元复合驱和环境水水质提供理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: Accurate quantitative analysis of heavy alkylbenzene sulfonates (HABS) is of great significance to the evaluation technique for ASP flooding test and the analysis of environmental aquatic quality. Now, Difficulty in detection and quantification of HABS with strong interferences at extremely low concentrations is gradually becoming the bottleneck for further development. The absorption spectra of HABS indicates that the presence ofβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD) can result in the enhancement of absorption intensities of HABS. A good linearity will be very likely to be obtained between the absorption intensity of the system and the concentration of HABS. Based on this, a novel enlarged absorption spectrometry method for the quick quantitative determination of HASB will be established. The interaction between β-CD and HABS will be investigated by UV, FT-IR, 1H-NMR, etc. which will clarify the mechanism of enhancement of absorption intensities of HABS and the anti-interference ability ofβ-CD. Then, the critical value of the quantitative determination, the precision and the determination ranges of the method will be studied, and it is likely to be that the precision and the determination ranges of this quantitative determination will be greatly improved.
