中文摘要: 针对人体深部肿瘤,影响其微波热疗的关键因素是微波能量在肿瘤组织中的合理分布。如何提高天线的辐射效率及将其辐射的能量聚集在深部肿瘤组织上是目前微波热疗天线技术的研究热点。本项目拟采用能量传输网络的优化传输理论来设计微波热疗近场聚焦天线,通过建立体外发射天线与体内肿瘤区域虚拟测试接收天线之间的能量传输网络,并计算网络系统之间的散射参数来获取最大能量传输效率和发射天线的最佳激励参数。研究发射天线单元形式、数量、布局方式及其相互之间的距离对聚焦性能的影响;研究测试天线形式和数量对聚焦天线的能量聚集体积大小的影响。通过本项目的研究,可以促进微波热疗计划的快速制订及聚焦天线在具有个性化的肿瘤微波热疗案例中的应用。

英文摘要: In microwave hyperthermia for deep located tumor, the key factor affecting the quality of therapy is the reasonable distribution of energy delivered on the tumor tissue. How to improve the radiation efficiency of antenna and make the transmitted power accumulated in the deep tumor area is the key technology of microwave hyperthermia. In this project, we intent to utilize the theory of power transmission in network to design near-field focusing antenn.The excitation parameters of the transmitting array can be obtained by calculating the scattering parameters and the best transmission efficiency of the networks. The relationship between the focusing cabability and the form and number and locations and distances of the antennae is investigated.The dependence of focusing volume on form and numbers of the receiving antenna is also analyzed. Based on the research in the project, the microwave hyperthermia treatment planning can be quickly maded based on the designed near-field focusing antenna for different case of tumor hyperthermia.
