中文摘要: 量子点光电器件是目前国内外研究的前沿和热点问题,其光电转换效率是影响量子点光电器件性能的关键。本项目围绕着提高PbTe量子点光电导探测器的光电转换效率、改善载流子输运这一核心研究问题,利用量子点的量子效应,结合导电聚合物的电子和空穴输运过程的调节功能,创新性的提出了有序组装的PbTe量子点/P3HT多层复合结构的研究。主要包括,设计并获得P3HT导电聚合物上PbTe量子点的有序组装工艺,以及PbTe量子点组装结构上P3HT导电聚合物的充分浸润和均匀成膜工艺;以光电性能测试为基础,通过分别控制PbTe量子点表面态、PbTe、P3HT单层的厚度,调节复合结构的层数,提高PbTe量子点/P3HT复合结构光电转换效率和载流子输运能力;基于PbTe量子点的有序组装结构,研究其载流子输运机制,建立相应的输运模型,为获得新型量子点红外光电导探测器奠定基础。

英文摘要: Quantum dot (QD) optoelectronic devices is the forefront of research and hotspot issues at home and abroad. The photoelectric conversion efficiency is the key to the performance of QD optoelectric devices. In order to improve the photoelectric conversion and carrier transport, orderly assembled PbTe QDs / P3HT multilayer composite structure is proposed through in this project.This composite structure combined quantum effects with the carrier adjustment of conductive polymers. The main content of this project is as follows: PbTe QDs are also orderly assembled on the P3HT conductive polymer. The process to get the full infiltration and P3HT-conductive-polymer uniform film is researched on the PbTe QD film. The orderly assembled PbTe QDs / P3HT multilayer composite structure is controlled by adjusting the surface states,number and thickness for improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency and the carrier transport ability. The ordered assembly of PbTe QDs is conducive to the research and establish the model of the carrier transport through the photoelectric performance tes. This project is the foudation for the new infrared photoconductive detector。
