中文摘要: 超材料是一种人工制造的、具有周期性结构的复合材料,拥有特殊的光、电、磁、声等性能。自组装法制备超材料结构往往受到材料和结构的限制,不能达到完全带隙要求的介电常数比,针对此问题本项目提出一种新型异质双尺寸超材料结构的制备及性能研究。首先采用Pechini溶胶-凝胶法制备凝胶,同时通过垂直沉积法或电泳辅助提拉法,结合刻蚀技术,制备非密堆、四方或六方排列SiO2胶体晶体模板;采用双基片注射提拉工艺将凝胶均匀填充于胶体晶体中,再通过水平双基片压力热处理技术促使凝胶在胶体晶体的有限空隙中进行煅烧,利用络合物的体积收缩和晶体的限制定向生长形成周期性有序异质双尺寸超材料。旨在获得新型异质双尺寸超材料结构,拓宽超材料的光子带隙,系统研究异质双尺寸超材料均匀膜层形成的工艺影响因素,探索异质双尺寸超材料的排列方式及缺陷与性能之间的关系,结合填充材料的结晶过程和晶粒生长过程,探讨异质双尺寸超材料结构的生长机理。

英文摘要: Metamaterial is a new type of artificial composites having a manmade, periodic cellular architecture designed to produce unusual optical, electrical, magnetic and acoustical properties. In order to solve the limit of materials and structure in self-assembly processes which results in the disability of metamaterials to get full band gap, this project will develop the preparation and properties of a new kind of heterostructure binary metamaterials. Firstly, the gel will be prepared via Pechini sol-gel method. The non-close-packed, hexagonal array and square array SiO2 colloidal crystal templates will be synthesized by vertical deposition method, electrophoresis-assisted self-assembly and etching technique. Then the gel will be filled into the colloidal crystals by dual substrates injection dip-coating method. The gel will be calcined in the limit space via horizontal dual substrates pressure thermal processing. After that the ordered periodic heterostructure binary metamaterials will be obtained via the volume shrinkage of complex and restricting oriented growth of crystals. The preparation of new heterostructure binary metamaterials which can widen the photonic bandgap will be investigated.
