中文摘要: 针对未来从电信或非联网计算机大数据中获取情报的发展趋势,开展复杂数据结构的知识表示和大数据快速学习研究,提出特定网络数据情报快速分析理论与方法,突破概率图模型知识表示和在线统计学习技术,解决多源海量异构数据情报实时获取难题,提高大数据的近似计算能力,并研制一套面向电信或非联网计算机大数据的原型分析系统,为未来军事情报分析提供新方法和新技术。具体的研究内容包括:(1)基于概率图模型的大数据知识表示;(2)面向大数据的在线快速学习;(3)面向电信或非联网计算机大数据的原型分析系统。项目拟提交系统报告4份、原型分析系统1套、核心算法技术报告3份、申请国家发明专利3件、软件著作权4件、发表论文4篇。

英文摘要: Considering the ongoing trends of obtaining intelligence from telecommunications data and non-networked computers, this project studies knowledge representation and efficient learning of big data. The project will develop theoretic results as well as practical algorithms on efficient analysis of specific network data. With certain breakthrough in techniques such as probabilistic graph model knowledge and online statistical learning, the project will solve the problem of real-time acquisition of intelligence from multi-source large-volume heterogeneous data, and further improve the capability of approximate computation of big data. The project will also develop a prototype system for analyzing telecommunications data or data from non-networked computers, providing new techniques for future military intelligence analysis. Specifically, the research topics include: (1) knowledge representation of big data based on probabilistic graph model; (2) efficient online learning of big data; (3) prototype system for analyzing telecommunications data or data from non-networked computers. The project will finally produce 1 prototype system together with 4 development reports of the system, 3 reports on key algorithms, 3 applications for China Invention Patents, 4 software copyrights, and 4 scientific papers.
