中文摘要: 随着市场对航空、航天、汽车及模具等重要行业产品要求的不断提高,对自由曲面设计和加工的理论研究,特别是自由曲面反求设计理论和应用研究提出了更高要求。针对自由曲面数字化集成加工中的反求设计、CAE 分析和数控加工集成存在的CAE 分析模型、数控加工模型与CAD 模型在实际应用中不协调匹配的难题,本项目面向CAE 分析和数控加工需求,研究从离散数据点中直接提取分析特征和加工特征;利用自由曲面描述特性,直接建立多层次"基曲面"模型进行CAE 分析和CAM 加工。重点研究基于离散数据点的直接特征提取、多层次"基曲面"表达及其CAE 分析、CAM 加工过程的数值描述和补偿,解决面向自由曲面工业应用的反求设计、CAE、CAM 直接集成系统的关键技术,以提高自由曲面设计、加工质量和效率。

英文摘要: To cater to the needs for high product qualitis of spaceflight,automobile and die,et al., more and more people are studying for the design and manufacture of freeform surfaces, especially for the studies of reverse engineering and its industrial applications. In order to solve the problems for no matching of CAD models, CAE models and CNC codes in integration of reverse engineering, CAE modelling and NC manufaturing,the progrem is to study the methods of analysis and manufacture characters determining. The analysis and manufacture characters are then be used to construct mutilevels base surfaces. The proglem will study especially the direct determine of analysis and manufacture characters from dida points obtained from a freeform surface. The key technologies of direct integration of reverse engineering, CAE and CAM will be studied to improve the quality and efficiency of freeform surface desinging and manufacturing.
