中文摘要: 纳秒级窄脉冲、高场强等极端条件下电介质的击穿特性研究越来越受到重视。针对纳秒脉冲气体放电中高能电子逃逸在二次电子崩来源及流注发展机制仍未定论的问题,本项目提出研究重复频率纳秒脉冲激励下气体放电中逃逸电子流与X射线特征的研究。拟采用实验与数值仿真相结合的方法,建立纳秒脉冲气体放电中逃逸电子流与X射线测量检测系统来研究逃逸电子和X射线产生、传输和互相作用规律。实验研究脉冲电源参数、电极形状、气体种类与压力、阳极材料等对逃逸电子流特征、电子能量分布与X射线能谱、计数和剂量等特征参数的影响,并获得临界电子雪崩区域的电子能量分布函数。结合蒙特卡洛法和粒子模拟等数学计算方法仿真研究在逃逸电子与X射线产生机制与相互作用关系,深入理解纳秒脉冲气体放电中逃逸电子与X射线作用放电发展的机理。本课题的研究成果对将进一步完善和发展窄脉冲气体放电领域的理论与技术具有重要的理论和实际意义。

英文摘要: Recently, characteristics of gas discharge under extreme electromagnetic condition with pulses of nanosecond scale and high electric field are of growing interest. Due to the fact that the mechanism of high-energy electrons in the process of secondary avalanche generation and streamer development is still unclear, a study of the characteristic of runaway electron beams and x-rays in repetitive nanosecond-pulse discharge is proposed in the project. In the project, an investigation of experimental and numerical methods will be adopted, and the detection system for studying runaway electron beams and x-rays in repetitive nanosecond-pulse discharge will be established to study the generation,transition and interaction of the runaway electron beams and x-rays. Furthermore, the effect of pulse generator parameters, electrode shape, gas type and pressure, anode material on the runaway electron beams characteristic, electron energy distribution and spectrum, counts and dose of X-rays will be experimentally investigated,and the electron energy distribution function in the critical state of primary avalanche is to be obtained.
