中文摘要: 聚合物粘结颗粒复合材料的细观结构复杂、组成相力学性能差异大,且聚合物粘结剂具有粘弹性大变形性质。其宏观力学行为与其细观结构和组份材料的物理力学性能密切相关。为了建立能准确反映其细观结构与大变形宏观力学性能关系的分析方法,本项目拟首先采用细观实验方法分析聚合物粘结颗粒复合材料的典型细观结构特征对其细观变形机制和宏观力学性能的影响;然后基于其细观结构和变形特征,结合传统粘结颗粒材料的离散元分析理论,进行聚合物粘结颗粒复合材料大变形破坏行为的离散元模拟方法研究,建立能准确描述该类材料在大变形过程中颗粒断裂、界面脱粘、粘结剂变形和断裂等细观破机制的离散元计算模型,发展基于离散元的聚合物粘结颗粒复合材料大变形和破坏性能分析的计算细观力学方法;最终基于所建立的模型分析结构特征和组份材料性能等对宏观力学性能的影响规律,为聚合物粘结颗粒复合材料的细观结构设计和性能评估等提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Polymer bonded particulate composites (PPCs) have a very complex microstructures and the mechanical properties of their component materials are also much different with each other. The polymer binders are viscoelastic materials. These factors results in that the macromechanical properties of PPCs are highly related to their microstructures.In order to develop an analysis method that can accurately forecast the dependence of the macromechanical properties of PPCs on their microstructures, the effects of some typical microstructure features on the microstructural deformation mechanism and macromechanical properties will be measured by using meso-mechanical testing system in this project.Then, based on the experimental results and the conventional discrete element method (DEM) on the cohesive granular materials, the DEM simulation method on the fracture behavior of PPCs will be studied,and this method should can correctly simulate the microstructural damage including particle fracture, interface debonding, binder deformation and tearing in PPCs during large deformation.Lastly,the effects of microstructurs on the macromechanical properties of PPCs will be studied based on the developed DEM method. The results can provide the theoretical foundation for the microstructur designing and mechanical properties evaluation
