中文摘要: 岩溶区铁锰结核对土壤重金属具有富集效应,并以相对独立的封闭体系存在于土壤体系之中。已有研究表明,岩溶区富含铁锰结核土对农作物产生毒害效应,污染因子以Cd、Zn为主,重金属活性抑制试验未达到标准水平,急需对Cd、Zn迁移机制及环境效应进行深入研究。本项目选择亚热带岩溶区不同成土母岩、不同剖面富含铁锰结核土为研究对象,利用ICP法和连续提取法对土壤-铁锰结核-土壤溶液-农作物进行Cd、Zn含量及不同元素形态化验,分析Cd、Zn分布与迁移规律;采用核磁共振、X射线衍射等技术对土壤、铁锰结核、农作物进行物质结构、矿物成分分析,厘定不同岩溶环境铁锰结核Cd、Zn与土壤-农作物Cd、Zn关系;利用元素化学分析、土柱淋滤试验、多元统计等方法,探明影响Cd、Zn迁移的主控因素;采用单因子指数、内梅罗综合指数等方法,阐明土壤、农作物污染特征。研究成果将为岩溶区富含铁锰结核土有效修修复和治理提供科学参考依据。

英文摘要: Iron-manganese nodules have enrichment effect of heavy metals in soil,and are relatively closed system in soil.Many researchers have demonstrated that soil of rich iron-manganese nodules has toxic effect on crops in karst area,and the main pollution factors are Cd,Zn,and activity inhibition test of heavy metal do not reach standard level,it need further study to migration mechanism and environmental effect of Cd,Zn.The project select soil of rich iron-manganese in different parent rock and different profile as research object in subtropical karst area,contents and speciation of Cd,Zn in soil- iron-manganese nodules-soil solution-crops would be tested by method of ICP and Tessier A sequential extraction,it would be analysed the distribution and migration regular;Material structure and mineral composition of soil, iron-manganese nodules,crops would be analysed by technology of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and X-ray diffraction,it would be study the relationship of Cd,Zn between iron-manganese nodules and soil-crops in different karst environment;It would be proved the main control factors of Cd,Zn migration in soil of rich iron-manganese by method of element chemical analysis,leaching test,multiple statistics.the pollution characteristics of soil and crops would be clarified by method of single factor index and composite index,et al.The findings can provide scientific basis for effective restoration and management of soil in rich iron-manganese in karst area.
