中文摘要: 通过柠檬酸络合法,浸渍负载法等方法合成了AB2O4、ABO3、Pt/TiO2等复合金属氧化物催化剂,并通过以NOx-TPD、TPO,H2-TPR,程序升温反应等手段研究催化剂的氧化还原性能和催化活性。研究结果表明钙钛矿型的LKMC催化剂具有较好的NOx-PM-HC-CO 耦合催化去除特性。实际柴油机尾气催化净化实验平台的研究结果表明,其负载于DPF上在尾气温度在200~400时PM去除率可达80~95%,NOx去除率可达65~70%。通过搭建In-situ DRIFTS 实验平台和相关实验对反应机理进行了探讨。

英文摘要: Varied crystal structure catalysts such as AB2O4,ABO3 were prepared by different methods.The samples were characterized by means of NOx-TPD,NOx-TPO,TPR .Their catalytic activity in the simulated diesel exhaust gas and its affect factors had been discussed.The results show that the LKMC had the best catalytic activity.It's real diesel bench experiment also showed good performance. In-situ DRIFTS is used to get better understanding of the chemical kinetics and catalytic mechanism.
