中文摘要: 由于微结构具有脱附、减阻和特殊的光学性能,因此在航空、船舶、汽车以及建筑等行业具有广泛的应用价值。目前常用的微结构加工方法包括激光成形、微机床加工以及微精密塑性成形等,虽然各具特色,但受热应力、切削毛刺、加工范围窄以及成形效率低的影响,并未在实际中得到广泛应用。本项目将微成形、滚压成形以及精密塑性成形技术结合起来,提出了大型金属板材微结构精密滚压成形技术,即将微结构加工到刚性辊上,通过刚性辊滚压金属板材,使微结构体复制在金属板材件上。采用实验和数值模拟结合的方法,研究微结构成形过程中的微尺度效应与截面变形和滑移等效应的作用机理,分析微结构对金属板材表面应力体系和机械性能的影响;利用带有微结构的金属板材件进行三维曲面无模成形实验,研究成形过程中金属板材的受力状态和变形机理,分析成形过程中缺陷产生机理及影响因素;对成形件进行风阻和水阻研究,以便获得更好的微结构形态和排列方式,为应用奠定基础。

英文摘要: As the microstructure has been the desorption,the resistance and the special optic charactoristic, it is valuable for aircraft,and the shipping and the auto and the building. Until now the usual methods being used to manufacture the microstructure include the lase forming, micro machine and micro precise plastics forming etc..But each forming method has his virtue, they are not broadly applied because of their defects for example heat stess, cutting bur, narrow milling and the low efficiency. This project proposes a novel method of precion roll forming microstructure on the broad surface of sheet metal, based on the micro-forming and roll forming and precion plastic forming. This technology is shown that the microstructure is machined on the roll, and then the roll with the microstructure is rolling the sheet metal,and the microstructure is copied completely. We adopt the experiment and the simulation to study this technology. The first, we study the mechanism of the microstructure size effect,and the section deformation, and the slide effect,and analyse the effect of the changes of stress and mechanism on the surface sheet metal by the microstructure being formed.Forming the three dimension surface using the sheetmetal with the microstructure.the deformation mechanism and the state are studied.The defect mecha
