中文摘要: 加工过程中的在线检测与控制是提高制品性能的重要手段。超声波由于具有探头安装简单方便、不破坏检测对象、信号反馈速度快且内容丰富等优点,在高分子加工检测中具有广阔的应用前景。本课题通过检测注射成型中的超声横波与纵波信号以研究影响制品性能的高分子链的取向结构、共混体系相形态结构随注射工艺条件变化的规律,以期分别建立超声横波信号与链取向结构、纵波信号与共混体系相形态结构的关系模型,以期实现超声技术在注射成型加工中对制品结构与性能的在线监测和控制。这一课题对于聚合物加工过程的"可视化"研究以及过程和制品的最优化研究具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。

英文摘要: In-line detection and control in processing is an important means of enhancing the performance of polymer parts. Ultrasound, because of its easy installation, non-destructive testing, fast and rick signal feedback, etc., has broad application prospects in the polymer processing and testing. This subject is aimed to probe the orientation of polymer chain and phase morphology of blends and their variation with process conditions using ultrasound, in order to achieve the relation between orientation and ultrasonic shear wave,phase morphology and longitudinal wave.The subject has important theoretical significance and practical value for visualization research of polymer processing, as well as optimization study of process and product.
