中文摘要: 近年来,由于Ir(III)配合物具有高的发光效率,好的热稳定性,以及发光颜色易调节等诸多优点已成为电致发光材料领域的研究热点。但目前还存在蓝光与红光材料的效率偏低,且蓝光材料的稳定性以及色纯还不够等缺陷有待解决。本课题将:A:引入电子传输型的联芳基均三嗪衍生物作为Ir(III)配合物的主配体,以期实现易得高效的蓝光材料;B:引入多点修饰的膦羰酰亚胺衍生物作为Ir(III)配合物的辅助配体,进一步提高各色材料的效率及可调度。C:基于材料的理化性质设计合适的器件结构,通过器件制备与电子迁移率测试考察材料的光电性能。结合理论计算,找到材料结构与性能之间的相关性。研究高效易得的新型OLEDs材料与器件,为开发具有自主知识产权的OLEDs材料开辟新的途径。

英文摘要: In the last few years, Ir(III) complexes play an important part in OLEDs research domain, owing to their high luminous efficiency, good thermal stability and excellent color regulativity. But some defects remain to be solved, such as luminous efficiency of blue and red OLEDs materials are still low, the stability and color purity of blue materials need to be improved. This project includes: (A) introducing electronic transmissionable biaryl triazine derivatives as primary ligand into Ir(III) complexes to prepare some high efficiency blue OLEDs materials by facile method. (B) leading into multiple position modifiable carbacylamidophosphate derivatives as auxiliary ligands to further enhance the luminous efficiency and color regulativity of various color OLEDs materials. (C) designing appropriate devices structures, basing on materials physicochemical properties, fabricating their OLEDs devices and measuring their electron mobility by transient EL method to investigate their photoelectric properties, and utilizing theoretical calculation to reveal the relations between their molecular structures and luminescence properties. This research will develop several series novel OLEDs materials and devices basing on Ir(III) complexes by facile method, and open a new door for the development of a new generation of OLEDs materials with independent intellectual property rights.
