中文摘要: 探测/监测CO2气体是目前一个比较重要的工作。 通常情况下,由于CO2的化学性质不活泼,相比其他一些具有较强还原性或氧化性气体来讲, 比较难以探测。本项目探索钙钛矿稀土铁基氧化物以及锰基氧化物作为新型灵敏CO2气敏材料的可能性,探索二价元素成分x、稀土元素种类、 制备条件、空气湿度等因素影响CO2气敏特性(灵敏度、最佳工作温度、响应恢复时间等)的规律。 探索Ag和B位掺杂对气敏性能的影响,以寻求制备CO2气体高敏感材料,探索钙钛矿稀土铁基氧化物以及锰基氧化物对CO2的气敏机理。探索钙钛矿稀土铁基氧化物-SnO2 材料作为新型灵敏CO2气敏材料的可能性, 研究其可能的CO2气敏性质, 并探索该类p-n复合体系的CO2 气敏机理。本项目的实施有利于发展新型灵敏的、结构简单、使用便捷的CO2气敏器件,有利于理解材料对CO2 气体响应的微观机理,具有重要的实际意义和科学研究价值。

英文摘要: Detecting and monitoring of CO2 gas is now one of important works. In general, compared with other strong reducing or oxidizing gases, CO2 is more difficult to detect due to its stable chemical properties. This project aims to explore the novel CO2 gas sensing materials. Based on our recent research results, we plan to explore the possibility of CO2 gas sensing materials based on the rare earth - iron oxides or rare earth - manganese oxides with perovskite structure. We plan to investigate the dependence of CO2 gas sensing properties upon the different rare earth elements, the substitution of A site atoms by bivalent ions and substitution content x, preparation conditions and air humidity. We shall also investigate the influences of B site doping and precious metals upon the CO2 gas sensing properties. We attempt to looking for the CO2 sensors with high sensitivity, shorter response and recovery times and lower optimal working temperature. We try to understand the CO2 gas sensing mechanism of perovskite rare earth - iron oxides or rare earth - manganese oxides. We also explore the possibility of CO2 gas sensing materials based on the p-n composites of perovskite rare earth - iron oxides and SnO2, investigate the possible CO2 gas sensing properties, and understand its sensing mechanism of such p-n composites.
