中文摘要: 白光发光二极管(WLEDs)是21世纪最具发展前景的节能环保照明光源。全色单一基质白光LED可以克服红、绿、蓝三基色粉配比调控的问题以及当前商用白光LED(蓝光芯片激发YAG:Ce荧光粉)存在的显色性差等问题。本申请拟以钨/钼酸盐RE2(W(Mo))2O9和A2REW(Mo)O6(A=Na,K, RE=Y,La,Gd,Lu)体系为主要研究对象,采用水热前驱法结合低温熔盐技术,通过控制离子掺杂种类、配比及微纳米晶体的形貌,并兼顾LED器件的发光性能合成新型白光LED用稀土基钨/钼酸盐单一基质白光材料。系统研究水热前驱-低温熔盐合成的最优制备条件和掺杂离子的电子能级结构、荧光动力学等光学性能。最终揭示微观结构、反应条件对其发光性能的影响和探讨发光机理。本项目的研究将对单一基质白光材料的研究和应用提供重要的技术依据,对开发新型的单一基质白光LED用荧光粉具有重要的意义。

英文摘要: White light emitting diodes (WLEDs) are the most prospective light source in the 21st century for energy saving and environmental protection. Full-color single compoent WLEDs can overcome the shortcomings of ratio control of RGB phosphors for WLEDs and the poor color rendering index (CRI)of InGaN blue chip excited yellow emission phosphor (YAG:Ce) at present.In this project we plan to choose RE2(W(Mo))2O9, A2REW(Mo)O6(A = Na, K, RE = Y, La, Gd, Lu) tungstate and molybdate as research object, and apply hydrothermal precusor combine low temperature molten salt synthesis method to explore novel rare earth based tungstate and molybdate single component phosphors used in WLEDs by controlling the type of doping ions, composition and morphology of nanocrystalline, and taking into account the luminescence performance of the device design. Systematically investigated the optimal preparation conditons of hydrothermal precursor - low temperature molten salt synthesis and the electronic energy level structure, fluorescence kinetics, microstructure of the doping active ions.Finally,we will reveal the effects of reaction conditions on the luminescent properties and probe into the luminescent mechanism.
