中文摘要: 针对当代中国山地城市空间增长中的自然环境灾害安全风险突出的现实问题,引入复杂适应系统的研究范式,在剖析山地自然环境因子对城市空间发展约束机理基础上,从城市外部因素刺激、自然地理环境约束、交通枢纽引导、功能空间适应性选择等方面探索山地城市空间演进的动力机制;进而,在厘清山地城市功能空间主体组织行为与自然环境的适应性作用模式基础上,建立基于CAS刺激-反应规则的城市功能主体与环境适应规则体系;进一步,运用GIS栅格建模技术将功能主体和环境影响因子定义为栅格元胞,通过整合和优化基于CA的山地城市适应性规划空间分析模型,结合闽西山地城市的实证研究,来研发山地城市适应性规划支持系统原型。本研究致力于建立一种"城市适应自然"的山地城市规划分析理论框架和方法技术体系,是对城乡规划学新理论和新方法的一次有益探索,将有可能为我国山地城市规划实践提供一种科学化的全新分析手段。

英文摘要: This research aims at exploring the dynamic mechanism of spatial evolution emerged in mountainous cities by adopting the paradigm of complex adaptive system, in order to resolve the problem of spatial disaster risks paralleled with mountainous urban development. Given the restriction of mountainous natural environment, it firstly analyzes the influential factors to urban spatial growth in terms of urban external stimulation, transport hub guidance, and adaptive choice for functional space. In the next step, it investigates the way how organization behaviours of functional spatial subject in mountainous cities adapts to natural environment, and then establishes a ruling system regarding urban functional subjects and environment adaption based on CAS stimulation-reaction rules. Lastly, it defines the functional subject and the environmental impact factor as grid cell based on GIS grid modelling technology, and attempts to build a prototype of the adaptive planning support system for mountainous cities via integrating and optimizing the existing adaptive planning model for mountainous cities, which based on CA, and taking mountainous cities in the western Fujian Province as case studies.
