中文摘要: 大规模天线协作中继系统是未来密集通信系统的一种典型架构。而网络编码是增强协作中继系统性能的经典技术。相较于普通多天线系统,大规模天线系统具有许多新的特性与系统设计需求。这将对面向大规模天线协作中继系统的网络编码设计提出许多新的问题和挑战,亦将引出全新的设计思路。本项目将在大规模天线背景下,针对双向、下行以及上行多用户多中继传输场景,研究基于网络编码的各类协作中继机制,提出分布式、低复杂度的基站、中继以及用户信号处理方法(包括预编码、干扰消除、信号检测算法等),以进一步提升系统性能。本项目的研究成果将为网络编码在未来密集通信系统中的应用提供重要的理论与技术支持。

英文摘要: Cooperative relay system with massive MIMO is a typical network structure in the future dense communication systems. On the other hand, network coding is a classic technique that can enhance the performance of cooperative relay systems. Comparing with the conventional MIMO system, massive MIMO system has many new characteristics and design requirements. This will bring many new issues and challenges to the network coding design in massive MIMO cooperative relay systems, as well as new ideas at the same time. Focusing on the two-way, downlink and uplink multi-user multi-relay transmission scenarios in massive MIMO systems, this project will investigate the corresponding cooperative relaying rationale based on network coding and develop distributed, low-complexity signal processing techniques for the base station, relay and user equipment, including MIMO precoding, interference cancellation and signal detection algorithms, etc., which will further boost the system performance. The findings from this project will provide important theoretical and technical supports for the application of network coding in the next generation dense communication systems.
