中文摘要: 心房颤动已经成为严峻的公共健康问题,虽然国内外有很多科研工作者致力于心房颤动的机理研究,但是其机理还没有被完全研究清楚。课题申请人之前的研究结果表明,导致心房颤动的非正常生理电信号和心房的应力有关联。但由于文献中缺乏相关的心房力学属性数据,不能展开更加全面和精确的研究。因此该课题的研究目的是较全面地评估心房力学属性,并为其构造本构模型,为以后的科研打下基础。课题组成员将组装专用的实验设备,以实验用狗的左心房作为研究对象,根据医学上对左心房区域的划分,对不同区域的组织做剪切实验来探讨组织的区域差别。每个区域的组织将会按照各自区域内的心肌纤维走向被切割成规则正方体,然后分别在六个不同方向进行剪切测量,从而评估心房的各项异性。另外,对组织在每个方向做不同剪切速率的松弛实验来观察其黏弹性。最后,根据各项实验数据构造出描述心房力学属性的非线性黏弹性本构模型,使之能够应用于心房心肌模型的仿真研究。

英文摘要: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is an important public health problem.The mechanism of AF is still not clear although lots of work have been done. Results from applicant previous study revealed that atrial abnormal electrophysiology is correlated with peaks in atrial wall stress. Further study could be performed once there is sufficient atrial mechanical data. Therefore, the aim of the project is to characterise the atrium mechanical property, and to construct a constitutive equation based on the mechanical behavior for future study. The special experiment device will be assembled by the members of the project. The canine left atrium is subdivided into different regions from which a cubic shape sample will be excised along the muscle fibre orientation to examine the regional difference. Viscoelastic and anisotropic properties will be studied through shear stress relaxation test along six different directions. Finaly, an anisotropic, nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive equation will be proposed for the atrial simulation study.
