中文摘要: 污泥是富含有机污染和重金属成分的固体废物,同时又可作为最大的磷酸盐二次资源。两步热处理过程可使污泥在无害化处理同时实现磷的资源化,但重金属的迁移行为成为关键制约因素。本项目采用理论与实验相结合方法,深入研究污泥中典型重金属(Pb、As、Zn、Cu和Cr)高温迁移转化规律与磷富集行为的交互作用机理。采用小型流化床焚烧实验结合XRD、FESEM-EDX、EXAFS分析手段,研究重金属与磷共沉积强化机理及其在灰渣中的赋存形态分布;基于元素活度开展热力学分析预测及MS-CASTEP计算晶体结合能校核相结合方法,分析磷与重金属转化规律与反应机理;采用Chemkin模拟与管式炉序批实验相结合,研究高磷灰渣重金属挥发动力学;建立多重金属污染控制综合效率评价模型及协同控制优化方法。通过本项目研究,可以获取污泥热处理过程重金属与磷迁移与控制方面的新知识,形成新研究方法,为固体废物无害化与资源化提供理论支持。

英文摘要: Sewage sludge is the biggest secondary resource of phosphate, which is polluted by heavy metals and organic compounds. A two-step thermal treatment can enrich the phosphorus resource while harmless disposal of sludge, but the behavior of heavy metals transfer restrict its application. In this project, the coupling mechanism on phosphorus enrichment behavior and heavy metals'(Pb, As, Zn, Cu and Cr) transfer during sewage sludge thermal process was researched by the method combining theory and experimental study. Experimental study of the strengthening mechanism on co-deposition of heavy metals and phosphorus and its speciation in slag were investigated by small-scale fluidized bed incineration, XRD, FESEM-EDX and EXAFS. Theoretical prediction of the transformation and reaction mechanism on phosphorus and heavy metals was studied by the method, which combined the thermodynamic analysis software, crystal binding energy check (MS-CASTEP software) and heavy metals' element activity. Kinetics study of heavy metals' volatilization during the calcination process of high phosphorus slag was researched by kinetic simulation software (CHEMKIN) and tube furnace batch calcination experiments.
