中文摘要: 现代短波通信正处于第三代发展后期和启动未来新一代理论与技术研究的重要发展阶段。我们认为,未来新一代短波通信将以"宽带高速"为主要特征。面向这种需求,本项目拟运用在移动通信领域受到广泛关注并已得到实践认可的MIMO-OFDM和时频二维联合扩展的基本思想和原理,探索能够极大地提高未来短波通信传输速率的新理论与新技术。研究内容包括:地波与天波传播条件下的集中式和分布式MIMO,从空间分集和空间信道复用的角度提高传输速率;研究天波传播导致的严重时域弥散对宽带OFDM的影响,提出克服其影响的技术方法;通过时频二维联合扩展,同时获得时、频两个域上的分集增益;构建实验系统,使用实际信道数据深化理论研究,并对重要理论和算法进行实时传输试验,以获得可行性理论和工程参数。本项目对于探索未来新一代宽带短波通信的高速传输理论和关键技术具有重要意义,其研究成果可为发展新一代宽带短波通信系统提供理论和技术支持。

英文摘要: Modern high frequency (HF) communications are in the significant development stage beyond the third generation (3G) development and starting up the next generation theoretical and technical research. We think that the wide band and high speed will become the main characteristics of the new generation HF communications in future. Aiming at this requirement, the project will research new theory and technology used to greatly enhancing transmision rate of future HF communications on the basis of multiple input multiple output orthogonal frequency division multiplex (MIMO-OFDM) and combined time/frequency spreading which have been widely studied and employed in the field of mobile communications. The researches in the project includes: reseaching the distributed/centralized MIMO in two propagation modes of groundwave and skywave, which will enhance transmision rate by employing space diversity and space channel multiplex; studying the effects on OFDM caused by the skywave propagation dispersion, and presenting the corresponding solution; by means of the combined time/frequency spreading, synchronously obtaining the diversity gain of two fields of time and frequency; building the experiment system and obtaining the operable theory and engineering parameters, which is based on the deep theoretical research of fact cha
