中文摘要: 传统级联型多电平变换器驱动高压大功率电机的调速系统通常应用标量控制和矢量控制这两类电机控制方法,前者基于电机稳态模型而动态性能差,后者基于电机动态模型,但未考虑级联型变换器的拓扑结构因素在实际应用中带来一些问题。项目采用一种新的混合级联多电平的拓扑结构,在电机控制算法中将变换器与电机模型相结合并考虑不同类质功率单元间的差异,研究适合这种拓扑结构的电机控制方法。首先,分析不同类质单元间的协调机制,应用动态相量法将电机动态模型转化分解,从而研究变换器拓扑结构与电机动态模型分解的关联。其次,基于电机与变换器交互作用的分析,研究该拓扑结构对驱动系统调速动态性能指标的适配性,得到两者之间的量化关系。最后,通过动态相量子系统模型合成,设计基于反步法的电机准矢量控制方法。研究成果丰富级联多电平拓扑结构的应用理论与实践方法,且能应用于大功率电机传动的控制性能提升,是对电机从标量到矢量控制理论的完善与发展。

英文摘要: Traditional medium-voltage high-power drive systems powered by cascaded multilevel converter generally adopt two types of control methods that are scalar control and vector control. The former, based on static motor model, has poor dynamic performance, whereas the latter doesn't take into account the topology of cascaded multilevel converter, thus bringing some problems in its application to this kind of converters. Considering these problems, this project plans to adopt a novel hybrid cascaded multilevel topology and study a motor control method applying to this topology by combining the topology and motor model in motor control method design and considering the discrepancy between the two inhomogeneous cells. Firstly, coordination mechanism of the two inhomogeneous cells will be analyzed, and motor dynamic model is to be transformed and decomposed by employing dynamic phasor, in order to study the relevance of the decomposition of motor model to the converter's topology. Secondly, suitability of the hybrid topology to the drive system's dynamic performance index will be studied to obtain the quantitative relationship between them.
