中文摘要: 本项目的主要目的是在研究农业干旱形成规律的基础上,通过基于物理的耦合分布式水文模型和(土壤水分)微波遥感模型构建适用于农业干旱监测面特点的新型分布式水文-遥感模型,形成具有长期水文过程意义并同时满足微波散射/辐射瞬时观测的一致性土壤水分产品,并基于该土壤水分产品构建旱灾灾情诊断评价方法体系。项目力图在跨学科的水文、遥感模型耦合、分布\半分布\集总式参数选择、水文遥感参数率定,农业旱灾评估方法上实现多项创新。结合降水、蒸散发等气象观测和微波遥感观测等多源数据分别在对土壤水分变化趋势和敏感性上的不同优势,全面分析示范区域中、短期农业干旱的形成机理,为农业干旱监测提供可靠的理论依据和技术支撑,并形成实时监测诊断的业务化干旱监测系统。

英文摘要: The objective of the project is to monitor drought disaster based on integrating distributed hydrological and microwave remote sensing model. Soil moisture product that complies to both long-term hydrological process and remote sensing observations will be generated. The soil moisture product is the kernel of constructing the drought monitoring method. The project focus on making breakthroughs on coupling multi-disciplinary, i.e., hydrological and remote sensing models including the parameterization modes of distributed\semi-distributed and uniform, hydro-remote sensing parameter calibration. The motivation of the project is to join the advantages from multi-source data including the meteorological and land surface microwave remote sensing observations, which are sensitive to the soil moisture trend and magnitude respectively. Mid and short-term drought will be fully analyzed in the case study region to provide both theoretical and technical support for drought monitoring with establishing a real time diagnostic system for drought monitoring.
