中文摘要: 离子液体基聚合物电解质是高温质子交换膜研究的一个热点,但是此类膜与Pt基催化剂的相容性以及膜内离子液体的流失性问题是其在高温质子交换膜燃料电池(HT-PEMFC)中应用前亟需解决的两个技术瓶颈。本项目拟采用溶液浇铸法制备耐热高电导率与Pt基催化剂相容的季铵盐类离子液体基磺化聚合物膜,利用现代物理、化学表征技术系统研究该类膜内离子液体与聚合物基体间的相互作用机理。此外,拟采用交联法制备磺化聚合物/离子液体/SiO2三元体系复合膜,将离子液体"锚定"在复合膜内,避免复合膜中离子液体的流失,提高复合膜的长期稳定性,进而提高HT-PEMFC的寿命,促进HT-PEMFC的发展。

英文摘要: The polymer electrolyte based on ionic liquids is a hot research topic for high temperature proton exchange membranes (HT-PEMFC). However, two technical bottlenecks including membranes compatibility with Pt based catalyst and release of ionic liquid in membrane should be solved urgently before their application in HT-PEMFC. This project is to explore the preparation of sulfonated polymer membranes based on quaternary ammonium salt ionic liquids with high thermal stability and proton conductivity and compatibility with Pt based catalyst through solution casting method. Modern physical and chemical characterization techniques will be used to study the mechanism of interactions between ionic liquids and polymer matrix. In addition, the sulfonated polymer/ionic liquid/SiO2 ternary system of composite membrane will be prepared by cross-linking method, ionic liquids "anchored" in the composite membrane to avoid the release of the ionic liquids in the composite membrane, and improve the long-term stability of the composite membrane, thereby increasing the life of the HT-PEMFC. It will be useful to promote the development of the HT-PEMFC.
