中文摘要: 二维电子海图,具有高保真和高精度的特点,在船舶运输、海军装备以及海洋开发领域均具有重要价值。水印技术是实现数字内容安全保护的一种有效手段,它能标识地图自有的特征信息,故特别适合二维电子海图的内容保护。国内外针对二维电子海图安全保护的研究较少,且水印实施策略在鲁棒性、篡改定位和传播分发方面均存在不足;此外,相对于其他数字载体,二维电子海图的数据耦合性低、图元类型丰富,水印嵌入操作实现更为困难。基于此,本申请拟研究二维电子海图安全水印模型、二维电子海图无损水印方法、二维电子海图权限水印方法、电子海图文件通用管控方法、二维电子海图水印原型系统等。通过对二维电子海图安全水印关键技术、算法与评测方法的研究,不仅为电子海图水印技术奠定理论基础,也为海洋强国战略下海图数据的安全保护与认证提供一种有效的解决途径。

英文摘要: The 2D electronic chart has the characteristics of high fidelity and high precision, which has important value in the ship, the navy equipment and marine development.Digital watermarking technology is an effective means to realize digital content security protection, which can carry feature information identification map, so it is suitable for the 2D electronic chart security.There is little research on safety protection on 2D electronic chart, and there are inadequate in the watermarking strategy of robustness, tamper localization and communication distribution areas; In addition, compared to other digital carrier, 2D electronic chart data coupling is low, primitive type is rich, and the watermark embedding operation is more difficult.Basing on these, the application plans to research 2D electronic chart secure watermarking model, 2D electronic chart lossless watermarking method, 2D electronic chart, electronic chart file permissions watermarking method of general control method, 2D electronic chart watermarking prototype system and so on.Through the research on the key technology, security watermarking algorithm and evaluation methods of 2D electronic chart, not only lay the theoretical foundation for the electronic chart watermarking technology, also provide an effective way to solve the security protection and authentication to map data for sea power strategy.
