中文摘要: 本申请针对全球CO2捕获和分离的重大科学问题,开展M-MOF-74型高性能金属有机骨架材料在烟道气吸附法脱碳领域中的潜在应用研究。项目拟根据材料特性设计并改进传统零长柱系统并作为实验装置,从动力学的角度深入探索CO2在金属有机骨架材料中的扩散机理,确立CO2分子扩散的主导作用机制,建立适用该体系的理论模型,进而得到基于扩散原理的扩散动力学参数,并且探明材料中不同不饱和金属离子、晶体结构、材料尺寸、吸附过程系统条件和烟道气杂质对扩散的影响规律。结果不但能够指导金属有机骨架材料优化设计和制备,对材料基础研究具有重要的理论意义,而且对吸附法捕获CO2的工业设计、应用和优化,以及零长柱实验技术的发展及其应用范围的拓展,具有重要的现实意义。

英文摘要: This proposal is based on CO2 capture and separation can play a significant role in mitigating the effect global warming on climate change, study the M-MOF-74 which considered to be a good candidates in carbon capture from flue gas. In this project, the developed zero length column system is applied to investigate the diffusion behaviour of CO2 in MOFs, try to build a theoretical model, and then based on the model to obtain kinetics information. The project will also study the effect of diffusion by different metal sites, structures of materials, adsorption process conditions and flue gas contamination etc., The reliable results from this work is not only a quite useful information on design and development of the MOFs, but also quite useful in design, optimisation, simulation and application of the novel adsorbents for carbon capture process, finally, the project can develop the ZLC technique as well.
