中文摘要: 本课题组的前期系列研究证实真皮结构受损或缺失,可致局部组织细胞生物学异常,瘢痕形成。 而创面真皮样结构回植,可改善修复细胞功能,减少瘢痕形成。提示真皮组织结构的存在对创面修复的质量至关重要,由此提出瘢痕形成的"真皮模板缺损"机制,既然真皮模板具有减少瘢痕形成的效应,那么该模板是如何组成的?是否具有基本功能单元。该功能单元的本质是什么?本研究拟探索真皮模板功能单元的本质,运用微纳米技术,分子自组装技术,生物三维打印技术进行不同排列组合的细胞外基质成分和不同微观三维空间结构模拟重建真皮模板的基本功能单元,并探索该微观结构对修复细胞生物学行为及创伤后组织重塑的影响。以确立真皮模板在创面修复中的基本功能单元的概念,为瘢痕形成的"真皮模板缺损"机制提供理论依据,为研制理想的人工真皮提供新方法,为临床上促进创伤修复,减轻瘢痕形成提供新手段。

英文摘要: According to the preivous studies of our group, the defect or breakdown of dermal structures lead to the abnormal behavior of local cells and scar formation;dermal skin grapt can improve the function of cells and diminish the scar formation.The investigations showed that the exist of dermal structures is the vital factor for wound repairing, then put fowards a hypothesis of "the defect of dermal template".The further studies will focus on the constitution and the nature of the template.The research will make to mimic the dermal unit of the remolding of dermal tissues and to explore the effect of the micro- structure on the cell behavior and wound repairing in order to buid up the concept of dermal unit for clarifing the mechanism of scar formation and preparing the artifical material of dermal tissue and for improving the wound repair and diminishment of scar formation in clinic by applying the technique of micro-namo, self-aasembly, and biological three-dimensional print.
