中文摘要: 团队知识网络建设对于促进高校科技成果转化具有重要意义。本项目在分析高校科技成果转化中团队知识网络的系统构成、形成机理和运行模式的基础上,研究高校科技成果转化中团队知识网络结构、行为与绩效的关系,创新性提炼出团队知识网络结构、行为与绩效分析理论;进而,构建结构方程模型,以国内重点高校科技成果转化团队的问卷调查为基础,测量我国高校科技成果转化中团队知识网络结构、行为与绩效的关系及其强度系数;然后,采用博弈分析方法建立团队知识网络结构、行为与绩效的作用机制模型,并引入Multi-agent系统建模方法来探索知识网络的冲突协调机制,以及进行团队知识网络结构演化、行为选择和绩效实现的仿真分析;最后,对高校科技成果转化中的团队进行分类,确定不同类型团队知识网络结构、行为与绩效的配对组合集,构建团队知识网络绩效预测的人工神经元网络模型,并据此提出我国高校科技成果转化中团队知识网络绩效提升策略。

英文摘要: Team's knowledge network building is important to promote universities' scientific and technological achievements' transformation. Based on analysis of system constitutes, forming mechanism and moving mode of team's knowledge network, its relations among structure, behavior and performance is researched and a new theory is put forward. Then, questionnaire survey of typical scientific and technological achievements' transformation team of national key universities is done, and a structure equation model is constructed to measure the relation and intension of structure, behavior and performance. Whereafter, effect mechanism model of structure, behavior and performance of team's knowledge network is constructed by game theory, and the conflict harmonizing mechanism is analyzed by system modeling method of Multi-agent, as well as an emulational analysis is done to explain structure evolvement, behavior choice and performance implement of the team's knowledge network. Finally, the teams' knowledge networks are classified, and partnership combination set of structure, behavior and performance of different type teams is confirmed, and a MNN model is constructed to forecast the knowledge network's performance of different type teams, and then some strategies of advancing team's knowledge network performance are put forw
