中文摘要: 本项目从技术和制度共同演化的视角,利用新熊彼特理论构建战略性新兴产业技术创新的理论分析框架,系统归纳新兴产业技术创新不确定性特征,在此基础上,运用新熊彼特理论和NW模型构建具有"共同演化"特征的战略性新兴产业演化模型,采用计算机仿真的规范研究方法探讨战略性新兴产业的共同演化机理;并结合战略性新兴产业内生驱动要素和外部支撑作用机理的跟踪研究,在探讨内生创新驱动要素协同和外部制度环境协同,以及技术变迁和制度环境的交互作用关系的基础上,构建战略性新兴产业的协同创新机制;最后,从不同层面构建战略性新兴产业协同创新的政策配套体系,保障战略性新兴产业进入"新熊彼特发展通道"。本项目预期的主要贡献表现在:1)构建反映"共同演化"特征的战略性新兴产业演化模型;2)从技术和制度共同演化视角研究战略性新兴产业技术创新并构建其协同创新机制;3)从微观、中观和宏观层面为战略性新兴产业协同创新构建政策配套体系。

英文摘要: This project studies the technological innovation of Strategic Emerging Industries from the perspective of co-evolution of technology and institution, and uses Neo-Schumpeterian theory to constructs industries' analytical framework, systematically sums up the characteristics of uncertainty of the emerging industrial technological innovation. On this basis, we apply Neo-Schumpeterian theory and NW model to build Co-evolution model of strategic emerging industries, then the co-evolution mechanism would be explored in normative methodologies by computer simulation. Added with following the impact mechanism of strategic emerging industrial endogenous innovation-driven elements and external insitutional environment on technological innovation, then the mechanism of collaborative innovation would be described based on collaboration of endogenous innovation-driven elements, collaboration of external institutional environment, and interaction between technological change and institutional environment. Finally, supporting policy system for collaborative innovation of Strategic emerging industries is structured.
