中文摘要: 在线社会网络往往由多层网络耦合在一起,不同的关系类型定义了不同的网络层。以往对单层网络的研究不仅不能更好的理解网络的形成机制,也难以阐明网络上的动力学过程。本项目将研究多层耦合社会网络中的信息扩散动力学,首先从网络结构和用户的社会学属性两个角度揭示多层网络形成的机制,并利用优先连接、指数随机图模型等构建融合结构和用户属性信息的多层网络模型,之后利用信息亲和性和用户间的相似性揭示多层网络中的信息扩散机制,最后利用分支过程、房室模型等构建并分析多层网络中的信息扩散动力学模型。本研究的创新之处在于从多层网络角度揭示不同层社会网络的形成机制存在的差异,并从用户转发信息的决策角度阐明多层网络中的信息扩散模式。其重要的科学意义和学术价值在于,不仅可以揭示多层社会网络的结构特性和形成机制,更重要的是可以更全面深入的理解多层社会网络中的信息扩散动力学过程和机制,促进多层耦合社会网络理论的完善和发展。

英文摘要: Online social networks are usually multilayer coupled networks and different types of relationships define different network layers. The previous studies on single-layer networks cannot understand the mechanisms for network formation better and it is also difficult for them to clarify the dynamic processes on the networks. This project will study the information diffusion dynamics in multilayer coupled social networks. First we will reveal the mechanisms for the formation of multiplayer networks from the perspectives of network structure and users' demography attributes, and use preferential attachment and exponential random graph models to propose multilayer network models integrating network structure and user attributes. Then we will use information affinity and the similarity between users to reveal the information diffusion mechanisms in multilayer networks. Finally we will use branching processes and compartmental spreading models to propose and analyze the information diffusion dynamics models in multilayer networks. The innovations of this project are revealing the differences among the mechanisms driving the formation of different layers of social networks from the perspective of multilayer networks and clarifying the information diffusion patterns in multilayer networks from the perspective of users' decisions of forwarding information. The important scientific significance and academic value of the study is, not only revealing the structural characteristics and formation mechanisms of multilayer social networks, but more importantly understanding the information diffusion dynamic processes and mechanisms in multilayer social networks more comprehensively and deeply, and promoting the improvement and development of multilayer coupled social network theory.
