中文摘要: 本项目提出开展空气耦合超声相控阵在钢筋混凝土结构检测的理论方法和试验研究。首先,针对换能器材料与空气声阻抗严重不匹配问题,建立空气耦合超声相控阵换能器的物理模型,从理论与试验两方面着手,研究空气耦合相控阵超声换能器的工作原理及声场特性,研制高功率高灵敏度的空气耦合超声相控阵换能器。其次,研究空气耦合相控阵超声传感器激励的横波、纵波及表面波在混凝土中的传播机理、衰减特性,研究如何获取有效信息及提高信噪比的信号处理方法,分析实际噪声的影响和控制方法。再其次,开展试验检测研究工作,研究钢筋混凝土结构的埋设物对超声波传播路径的影响,研究超声信号与试样结构、典型缺陷与声学参数的关系。在此基础上,研制空气耦合超声相控阵高速检测试验样机并开展现场实验研究,建立钢筋混凝土的空气耦合超声相控阵高速检测技术的理论和方法基础,为形成和开拓具有我国自主创新知识产权的钢筋混凝土的空气耦合超声相控阵检测技术奠定基础。

英文摘要: This project intends to theoretically study and test the air-coupling ultrasonic phased array detection in reinforced concrete structures. Firstly, for solving the mismatch of transducer material with air acoustic impedance, it is necessary to establish the physical model of the air-coupling ultrasonic phased array transducer, and study the working principles and sound distribution of air-coupling ultrasonic transducer by theoretical analysis, numerical calculation, testing methods, and signal processing to develop a high-power and high sensitivity device. Secondly, study the propagation and attenuation mechanisms of transverse, longitudinal and surface acoustic waves excited by air-coupling ultrasonic phased array, improving the signal-to-noise ratio of the received signal, analyzing the impact of the actual noise control methods to obtain valid information, furthermore, study the impact of the object buried in the reinforced concrete structure on the propagation path of the ultrasonic wave, and also study the relationship of received signal with sample structure, typical defects and acoustic parameters by carrying out test detection research work. On this basis, develop the air-coupling ultrasonic phased array high-speed testing prototype and conduct field experiments to establish the theoretical and methodological foundations of reinforced concrete air-coupling ultrasonic detection technology to form and tap our own innovation and intellectual property with the non-contact air-coupling ultrasonic detection technology applied to reinforced concrete structures.
